When I was younger I had this fanatical fascination with National Geographic magazines. I would convince my dad to collect them from his school, and at the end of each school year ask my teacher if I could have a few. I absolutely love all the beauty that is hidden inside these gems. From landscapes to people. It’s not your typical western magazine, plastered with what we are led to believe is conventional beauty. What I adore is that they reveal beauty in unconventional things. Beauty is everywhere, in us, around us, and in the world. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
